OK, I already did this, but I'll do it again. Young Carol was very courteous and told me what to expect when my car was ready and gave me a call promptly as soon as the car was ready to be picked Young Carol was very courteous and told me what to expect when my car was ready and gave me a call promptly as soon as the car was ready to be picked up I came to get the vehicle and the girls in service helped me check out. They were very sweet and helpful and then I asked if I could see a car that was on the used car a lot and they said yes and they brought me to JP and JP helped me to understand the lease process is a little bit better and explained it to my husband when he came and everyone was very nice, thank you so much. The dealership needs desperately to get a makeover. That's what I will say. It feels dirty and old and kind of rundown. More
