Made appointment to have recall service performed on my 2025 Explorer. Had the car at the dealership about 7:05AM on the scheduled morning and was disappointed when the work wasn't completed by the end of 2025 Explorer. Had the car at the dealership about 7:05AM on the scheduled morning and was disappointed when the work wasn't completed by the end of day. Received a call first thing the next morning and was told the tech didn't get the paperwork in on time, which caused the delay. I sure would have appreciated getting the car back on day one, as it is our only source of transportation. Darlene, our service person was very pleasant and cannot fault her for the delay. Ben was so professional. He looked up everything beforehand in his system to find out what I needed to come in for. I have a 2020 F250 diesel and there were a lot of open rec He looked up everything beforehand in his system to find out what I needed to come in for. I have a 2020 F250 diesel and there were a lot of open recalls for it. He got me in really quick. I was impressed with the loaner that I was provided with a brand new F150. He was super nice and easy to deal with.. He only had my truck for about a week. Got all the parts and got everything completed. There were no hidden costs or anything else. Everything was taken care of upfront and you let me know. It was very good with communication and letting me know how everything was going, and when everything was going to be completed. When I pick my truck up a really smooth easy process my truck was clean the tech that worked on my truck came out. I got to meet him and thank him for all the hard work he provided. The Tech explained all the work that he did to me in detail and was very confident and proud of his work. Ben did a great job leading his team communicating to his text getting Parts in on time to make sure my truck was fixed in the most efficient professional manner into the best of the ability. I am super happy with the service. Ben came highly recommended from a very close friend of mine in the business. I'm very happy with everything that was performed and I can't recommend Ben enough. Everything was amazing. The dealership was fantastic. All the staff were super nice and everyone was really efficient at their job. Very impressed. I will only bring all of my Fords to this dealership to be serviced from now on. I am very happy thank you so much. More
