I came in and told the rep only what the warranty is giving me they were to give front brakes i told him only what is covered he added filters i told him as long as the warranty covers them and no wiper blades. I received a call rep said it needed rear brakes and rotors i said no my son can install them. Nowhere did he ask me for them to put front rotors on i was very clear front brakes only. I have been there 3 times trying to get the front brakes done each time i was told not yet Then i get a call that i need to pay for rotors at no time was i asked to have them installed is this even legal
