I brought my vehicle in on a Thursday and it wasn't ready until Monday the following week. I just can't believe a Ford dealership does doesn't have parts and their supply room room to fix the vehicle. Not on until Monday the following week. I went into the dealership for a basic oil change and tire rotation that is apart of my FORD service package and I could not get it done, the service department could not find the package which was on th tire rotation that is apart of my FORD service package and I could not get it done, the service department could not find the package which was on the My ford pass access and they wanted me to prove it. so I was forced to go to a different dealership that knew how to find it..
