I brought my vehicle in on a Thursday and it wasn't ready until Monday the following week. I just can't believe a Ford dealership does doesn't have parts and their supply room room to fix the vehicle. Not on until Monday the following week. Not only was the job job expensive to fix my vehicle but I had to rent a vehicle for 4 days. More

I went into the dealership for a basic oil change and tire rotation that is apart of my FORD service package and I could not get it done, the service department could not find the package which was on th tire rotation that is apart of my FORD service package and I could not get it done, the service department could not find the package which was on the My ford pass access and they wanted me to prove it. so I was forced to go to a different dealership that knew how to find it..
