Ppl and sales are great service is not - gougers. Had faulty AC cartridge - refused to honor warranty. Tried to bilk us for $1200. Took to another dealership - was a fraction to fix. So while sales and support staff are great, and even service guys nice, the conditions and culture within the service side of the dealership are not long term thinking. More

Everyone is very professional. It was my very first time in this dealership as well. The service was good for the car's age, but, the one problem that occurred was that, after cha It was my very first time in this dealership as well. The service was good for the car's age, but, the one problem that occurred was that, after changing the oil, the cap wasn't put back on and the oil spilled almost everywhere. But, thankfully my husband took the car back, and the service manager rectified the mistake, and all was well. I appreciate it. Thank you. More
