Made an appointment by phone for 1:00 PM for just an oil change, told them I will wait. It took THREE hours to do just an oil change and tire rotation. This is not acceptable. Why have appointments of your change, told them I will wait. It took THREE hours to do just an oil change and tire rotation. This is not acceptable.
