I had neglected recalls for door latches and transmission control module software and consequently ended up with doors bungee corded closed. James Domino was extremely knowledgeable about my make and m control module software and consequently ended up with doors bungee corded closed. James Domino was extremely knowledgeable about my make and model and its issues. Courtesy transportation was offered, but I declined even though I was warned it would be a while. As I waited, numerous folks from the parts, cashier, and sales office greeted me and expressed concern regarding my welfare and status. The work was completed efficiently and as promised regarding time. James even had the car exterior quickly washed as a bonus. The attitudes, demeanor, and performance of the entire staff indicted that this must be a good place to work and that the staff cared about their jobs. I would recommend this dealership to anyone for sales and service and I will be sure to request Mr. Domino for my service needs and advise. More
