My car was in a terrible collision when I was hit by a driver who did not yield right of way and was ticketed. On the recommendations of friends, I chose the Wayne Akers Collision Center and could not be anymore pleased by their work. The job is outstanding. The rear driver side door and same side wheel well were impacted severely and I had my doubts. My car looks better than before the accident. They did a truly amazing job. It drives smooth and quiet. I thought my car would never be the same again and they provided an extensive warranty for the repairs. They kept me fully posted on the status of repairs and part availability. In these times of the Pandemic, there is a part shortage so I knew it would take a long time. They also uncovered further damage and had Geico come out to re-evaluate and pay for the additional expense. I am very happy with the job they did and especially my adjuster Kelly who sent frequent text messages updating me on progress. I got my rental car from Enterprise which has an office on site in the collision center. I was able to return my rental car there and pick up my repaired vehicle. Thank you Wayne Akers Ford for repairing my Prius which was not even purchased there. I could not be more pleased with the repairs and the car looks better than when I bought it thanks to Kelly and their amazing staff. More

Most people tend to only write negative reviews, but this is a life safety review. Went in for "the works" and drove off with a loose wheel, which I caught quickly. Makes me wonder if they put the correct amount of oil in the correct area. More
