Everytime I get my car maintenanced, nothing is ever explained. They just hand me the paperwork and I'm off to the cashier to pay. I recently got 'the works' done and they didn't even bother to tell me explained. They just hand me the paperwork and I'm off to the cashier to pay. I recently got 'the works' done and they didn't even bother to tell me that my tires are balding and need to be replaced. Had they come and talked to me about it, I would've replaced them that same day, totaling to more money in your pockets. Due to the fact it wasn't mentioned, I will be replacing my tires elsewhere. The person that helped my wife accused her of having a accident, and having a speaker worked on, so he wouldn’t have to pay for a service repair that was under warrantee.
