Paid $850 for nothing, tech worthless, had to fix transmission at mom and pop shop, he told me transmission problems cant be found by a diagnostic tool he drove it around and said there is nothing wr transmission at mom and pop shop, he told me transmission problems cant be found by a diagnostic tool he drove it around and said there is nothing wrong with it, not again at wayne akers ford i was no longer important as soon as sales agent founded out i had no warranty, went to fix transmission, lift gate inoperative Windows and tpms light only Windows was fixed and I left with additional problems namely inoperative sun roof and 120 volts socket out of order, they clamed they fixed it when I brought it back but it it is still not working but I am not going back there, I had to buy my own tpms tool to fix the dashboard light More

Dealership never checked fluid levels or battery level even though it checked the service receipt that it had done so. It just did what I brought it there for Three days after my service work was done I h even though it checked the service receipt that it had done so. It just did what I brought it there for Three days after my service work was done I had to replace the battery. Awful !!!!!!’ Will not trust this dealership to do the right thing ever again. More
