Christie Remillard You have my email address 561-334-4888 As I said before I needed one tire replaced and I waited almost exactly 3 hours and had to pay 375.00. I was told to go to Costco to buy tires from now on from one of your employees. I also did not receive the Ford points from my previous visit in July to get my oil changed. I was told by Consula I had to call them myself to request the points to be put on my account and when I did the lady kept telling me I had no points. Consula had told me I should have had points on my account. I was aggravated by this time because I didn’t understand how this point system worked. This was not a good experience for me or my husband to loves his Ford truck.
