Paid for a vehicle diagnostic for 3rd row seat not folding. Drop the car off at 8am I was given a call at 3pm saying they just started the work and has not dispose the problem. I also brought in my vehicle in for a recall notice which was not completed either at the time of the phone call but was told it was completed when vehicle was picked up. 07/30 I visit this dealership and check out a truck. I request for a professional detail, and alignment done and I will take it. I told him 4pm on 07/30 that I will come today to pick up the vehicle. HE TOLD ME NO, that he's too busy today and to come tomorrow. 07/31 I texted him at 10:23AM to confirm I'm coming in at 2pm, gives me the OK and tells me that the detail is done, but I would need to schedule an appointment a different day to schedule the alignment. Now, 12:10pm, he tells me to send an application to "secure" the car because someone else is interested in it. I have text proof showing of everything with time stamps. I send the application in at 12:27pm and we discuss payment options - NOW 1:13pm I get a call from the terrible sales manager Michael Corey telling me the car is sold. 46 minutes after submitting an application AND confirming multiple times that I am going to purchase the vehicle. The experience with Michael Corey was terrible, it felt like I was doing business with a Buy Here Pay Here sales manager. Avoid at all costs. I will be sending a formal corporate complaint to FORD as well. More
