Came in for a couple issues, one for sure was fixed, the other I’m not so sure about but time will tell. The one issue required pretty extensive work to fix, and I know accidents happen, but I was still dis other I’m not so sure about but time will tell. The one issue required pretty extensive work to fix, and I know accidents happen, but I was still disappointed to find some scratches and even a couple small dents on the exterior of my vehicle for something that was being fixed on the interior. There is a reason why I usually attempt to do all repairs and maintenance on my own - because the few times I have brought it in to dealers to have something fixed, each time I receive the car back with new damage. It is what it is I guess, no one truly cares about your property it seems. More

Good service, not timely however. I dropped my work van off for service while I would be on vacation. I was told it would be brought in that week. However, it sat for a week before it was looked at, serviced and parts ordered. What could have been done in the timeframe I had scheduled took an extra 2 weeks. The service department did help with a loaner and discount on parts which was appreciated. More
