James is head and shoulders better (and nicer especially) than your average, slippery New Jersey car dealer. I used to dread going out to look for a new car, but James and the rest of the folks at Wayne Mazd than your average, slippery New Jersey car dealer. I used to dread going out to look for a new car, but James and the rest of the folks at Wayne Mazda have transformed what used to be a necessary evil into a downright pleasurable experience. And he does it through his professionalism, decorum and, most importantly, respect for his customer base. You NEVER feel like James is trying to pull a fast one on you when he's assisting you with your car purchase. He is a genuine and amicable guy who will serve you in such a way that everyone leaves the transaction feeling satisfied. And that is the number one reason my family and I have returned to him at Wayne Mazda again and again. More

On Saturday 14, 2021, I walked into Wayne Mazda after some previous attempts to buy a car at two other Mazda dealerships. U an Amazing dealership! On Saturday 14, 2021, I walked into Wayne Mazda after some previous attempts to buy a car at two other Mazda dealerships. Upon walking in, I was politely greeted by James and welcomed immediately. I told him exactly what I wanted - Soul Red, Mazda CX-30, Select Trim - at the price I wanted, and he gave me an excellent deal! The process was very organized and informative. Not only did he make the process easy, but I did not once feel like I was being scammed, rushed, or forced into any deals I was not 100% certain about! I am so thankful for James Vrindten and Wayne Mazda for making my experience so wonderful after 2 other dealerships! More
