We was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We only wish we would have been as happy with the vehicle we inquired about as we were with the wonderful sales help we received from Charles. He was pleasant, friendly, honest, and easy to deal with. There was no stereotypical sales noise. I knew what I wanted and he knew what he could offer me option wise and price wise. His co-worker was also reasonable when it came to rating my potential trade-in vehicle. I ultimately chose a different brand vehicle, but only because the other vehicle had more of the options I wanted and seemed to "fit" me better for what I was looking for. However I wished Charles had been my salesman for the brand I ultimately purchased as I would have known I was getting a fair deal with no drama or double-talk. I recommend Charles and Wayne Subaru if you are considering a Subaru purchase! More

Excellent experience at Wayne Subaru I went to purchase a Subaru because of their excellent reputation. My salesperson, Ed, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I went in expecting I went to purchase a Subaru because of their excellent reputation. My salesperson, Ed, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I went in expecting to purchase an Impreza. I test drove the Impreza and the new Crosstrex and decided on the Crosstrex. When the car came in, Ed went over everything very patiently. He set up my radio stations as I asked him to, went over the whole car with my husband and myself. I've sent Ed two emails with questions, and he replied very quickly with the information that I was needing. Ed is a great representation for Wayne Subaru. When I did the financing, Mr. Lombardo was wonderful, explained every single piece of paper that needed to be signed. I've had this Crosstrex for one month now and absolutely love it! I wholeheartedly recommend the Wayne Subaru dealership and Ed as the salesperson to deal with. More

I wanted the basic model but they did not have it so to make things short we worked out a deal for the premium model at the basic price. The employees at Wayne Subaru will work with you if you work with them if you get what I'm saying. Walked in and was immediately helped. Went with my father to get a new car. Took a look at the outback and said if we got a good price we would buy it on the spot. Made everything very easy and did not hassle us. Worked WITH us without an agenda. Ended up buying the car that night. Had such a great experience, three weeks later I went back for my own car. I am a college student with a part time job so funds are kind of tight. The price I got on the car was extremely affordable on my budget. This dealership is one of the best. They were kind, very helpful, and didn't pressure you into buying. They give you the best deal without "nickel and diming" you. I love my car and I owe it to them for making it happen. I will definitely be a returning customer when it comes time to trade in. Go to this dealership! You will NOT be dissapointed. More
Unethical. That word sums up my experience with Wayne Subaru. I put a down payment on a vehicle and waited to hear back from their finance. I finally got in touch with Ron who let me know I qualified for a high interest loan. When I told Ron that I needed to discuss the deal with my girlfriend he told me " you do what you have to do" and hung up. I called back as planned in about 30 minutes only to be passed to a Mark who told me that they just sold the car to "one of the owner's friends" and would not be honoring the signed deal. They took and deposited my check with lightning speed but that was all they cared about. Better off buying a car from a convict. More
This review is tardy, but purchasing my 2012 Forester at Wayne Subaru was the best car buying experience I've had. I checked out several dealers in the region but went to Wayne Subaru because they had the Wayne Subaru was the best car buying experience I've had. I checked out several dealers in the region but went to Wayne Subaru because they had the cars I actually wanted to test drive on the lot (I wanted to test drive manual transmission versions of the Forester and Outback) and they responded to my internet inquiry promptly (unlike some other area dealers). I also felt that their location gave me a better potential test drive route than the dealer closest to me. When I arrived Chris told me that both vehicles were ready for me and took me on a great test drive route with both (mix of residential, highway and windy road) spending nearly 30 minutes per vehicle. I felt Chris was straightforward with me from the start (no xx) and I never felt pressure or "the hard sell" coming from him. When I decided to buy two days later, Chris gave me a good price on the first request (no endless back and forth haggling) on a new 2012 Forester that we put in a fresh factory order for. The car arrived on time, with my first choice of color and it contained all the options I ordered (this did NOT happen with my prior vehicle, a Pontiac Vibe---a long story . . . ). It was a painless, efficient process. I certainly recommend Wayne Subaru for anyone in the area who is considering a Subaru vehicle. More
