When it came time to do all of the paperwork we had our two young kids with us (one and five yo) and it was way past their bedtime and felt a little chaotic. He just rolled with it which I really appreciated. We are thrilled with our new car and overall it was a pleasant and straightforward experience. I would recommend working with Dustin to any of my friends looking for a new car. He is 5 star! When it came time to close the lease deal, we sat down with the finance guy and it was a less than pleasant experience. This is the only reason I gave a 4 rating. Every other aspect of this purchase was a 5 star rating. I felt the finance guy was very pushy. I said no three times to the extra warranties / products and he wouldn't let it go. I asked to move on and he was still going on about why I "needed" this product. I really felt he had his commission in mind rather than our best interest. I'm sure he's nice enough outside of work though. More
