I’ve had my car in three times for the same a/c issue. This organization does not put a priority on fixing issues. The soonest they can see me is in three weeks. I came in to pick up some parts, and when I went to the service cashier to pay, the cashier was sitting on her phone texting. There were a couple of other people behind me waiting as well. I waited a few moments before she finally acknowledged me. It was incredibly hard to understand her because of the plexiglass partition they have attached to the window. There are not enough words to accurately describe the experience. We traded in a car we had purchased 4 years ago and got a outstanding deal on a newer car; they showed a personal interest in helping us. Weber Chevrolet has a top-notch service department. Trip to dealer for service I went in for service and while my vehicle was old the service department had taken good care of it. They directed me to a sales person (Steve LaFranc I went in for service and while my vehicle was old the service department had taken good care of it. They directed me to a sales person (Steve LaFrance) who sold me a new chevy high country. Steve went the extra mile and I have a new truck now instead of new tires. More

Service wait is horrible A scheduled oil change with an appointment took about 3.5 hours for an oil change!!!! I still have free one to use but have paid for the rest my time A scheduled oil change with an appointment took about 3.5 hours for an oil change!!!! I still have free one to use but have paid for the rest my time is worth more than the wait. Wasn’t very impressed after I closed the deal with the comments made by other salesman on the deal. I won’t buy from them again. I sorry I did this time. More
