very satisfied We purchased our Toyota at Wellesley and were very pleased with the experience. We have had the car serviced there and have one more free service next We purchased our Toyota at Wellesley and were very pleased with the experience. We have had the car serviced there and have one more free service next Fall. I had one minor complaint with the service , one was a car wash which was not a good job and the front window must have been dried with a dirty rag. They agreed to wash the car again at n/c. The second complaint I had was regarding my snow tires to be removed and regular tires put on. That wasn't done, but I was charged for it. I did not notice it, but assumed it had been done until my regular service garage went to put my snow tires on in Dec. and called me that they were already on the car and had been there all summer-not good for the tires. I spoke with James Wright and was very satisfied with the outcome. They will put them on at my next service for no charge. I know it had to be an over sight Everyone we have met there from our sales person, Ray to the service staff and red team, has been polite and courteous. More

Our lease was up on our Camry and we needed advice about our options. Chris put us at ease right away as he explained the choices that were available. He was honest and sincere and we knew that we could trust his advice. He explained the advantages and disadvantages of buying our current car or leasing a brand new one. We decided that it would be smarter for us lease a new car. Chris arranged for us to have a test drive, helped us through the paperwork and before we realized it, we were owners of a brand new Camry! Our car was ready for us 4 days later and Chris had taken care of all the small, annoying details (obtaining new license plates and cancelling our insurance). Before we left the dealership, he asked Moe Nejem to show us the new car. Moe spent a great deal of time with us as he explained each of the various features of the Camry. He even helped us with the blue tooth voice recognition and set the radio stations to our favorites! We are so grateful to our friend who recommended us to work with Chris. When I went to test drive the vehicle I met with Shaun Fisher and he was so helpful and very easy to deal with, I took it for a ride and decided it was the vehicle for me. I went to pick it up a week later, finance experience with Dave was great and then Mike put my new plates on and showed me all the info I needed to know about my new vehicle, he was so helpful and nice. I would recommend this dealership wholeheartedly for anyone looking for an easy, honest and fair dealership, I am loving my new Rav4! More

Responsive and up front I had a great experience with Wellesley Toyota. I was first in contact over phone/email with Brandon Luciano. I asked him about pricing and his ability to match or beat an offer I had. I asked him to email me an out the door price. He did this within the hour and I was able to come in within the next day to purchase my vehicle. He was up front with me about pricing. Some dealers give you a price but do not reveal that it is contingent on financing (I have had this experience happen to me a few times now). At Wellesley Toyota, I was told that the price I was given was the price I would pay regardless of how I decided to pay for the vehicle. When I arrived, I was able to confirm all the details of the vehicle I was given, I was offered features/warranties, but was not pressured to buy them. I then worked with Al Javid to finish the deal. I was able to take the car home the next day. Everything was very smooth. It was the best car purchasing experience I have had at a dealership in terms of efficiency and having everything be up front without haggling. I did get a great deal too. I purchased my Highlander XLE at more than 11% below MSRP. Highly recommend this place. Oh I forgot to mention I had my 11 month old napping in the car with my husband and they were able to get the whole deal done within an 1.5 hour window! More

We appreciate his integrity, thoughtfulness and care. He exceeded our expectations! Thanks also to Dave Van Allen for helping us get a great auto loan rate. It was significantly lower than what we could of obtained on our own, even with our excellent credit. Also special thanks to Shaun for all his help and the bandaids.
