Great experience We purchased a used vehicle from Nathan. The full sales to delivery process was very low key. He was very good with my kids. Best Experience for my whole family Hi let me start off by saying .....I hate shopping for cars, but I have another child on the way and had a Saturn Vue 2008 that I was not fond of. My husband and I went all the way from Ayer to Wellesley Toyota from Ayer because of the service we received right over the phone from Nathan. He told us before we drive all the way out there he wanted to check my trade in and VIN # and check on all everything we were looking for so that we did not waste our trip. Nathan was not your typical car salesman trying to get you in the door, he was a very polite, he was NOT pushy and did not provide you false hope, and was not at all dishonest. Nathan made me, my husband and my 17 month old immediately like him. He made us feel at home and at ease and I cannot thank him enough. I have told my family and friends about him and would recommend Nathan to anyone looking to get a new or used car!!!!!!!!!!! Hands down the best car experience I have ever experienced and this is 5th car that I have had in my life. GO Tigers! More

The last two were purchased in 2015 and 2016 under Wellesley Toyota’s ne My wife and I have purchased 5 automobiles from Wellesley Toyota since 2000. The last two were purchased in 2015 and 2016 under Wellesley Toyota’s new sales model, and both times we were helped by Al Javid. Al is calm, efficient and helpful, and not pushy. The last two purchases were pleasant and not stressful. Most recently, we ordered our SUV on November 26, 2016 with an expected delivery window around Christmas. Al and Wellesley Toyota delivered our first choice of color and trim on December 10. Picking up our new SUV included about an hour of instruction and Q&A with a specialist who is trained to demonstrate the main features of our SUV and to answer any questions we had about our new purchase. My wife and I would strongly recommend Al and Wellesley Toyota if you are interested in a Toyota. More

I had a few vehicles that I was interested in and the salesperson was more than accommodating in I had an outstanding experience at Wellesley Toyota. I had a few vehicles that I was interested in and the salesperson was more than accommodating in showing them and allowing me to test drive them. He and the manager worked with me in coming to an agreement on one of them and it was not an arduous process. Adel was my main contact and set up an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived I was greeted by Connie who had all my information and the car was outside ready for me drive. I felt very welcomed. Diego was very knowledgeable on the test drive and also took care of everything for me when I came in to pick up my registration and get my sticker. Ben Stagg, the salesman that I worked with, was efficient, easy to work with and he got me a great rate on financing. I definitely recommend Wellesley Toyota for a stress-free car buying experience. Low pressure, good price I shopped around, and found I liked Wellesley Toyota better than the three other places I visited. In the end, I discarded the idea of a Prius Prime plug-in hybrid because the competing dealer who said he would have one for me in less than a month just didn't seem dependable. Tim Barnes projects reliability and dependability. Furthermore he slightly beat the best price (for a Prius Two) I had found at an otherwise less attractive dealership. More
Bad Service! I am extremely disappointed in my first experience with the Service Department at Wellesley Toyota. After calling the Service Department last night a I am extremely disappointed in my first experience with the Service Department at Wellesley Toyota. After calling the Service Department last night and asking about the cost of having a tire replaced, I was given a quote for a tire and offered an appointment time today. When my husband took the car in for the appointment, the service department had the car for 45 minutes before they came to tell him that they did NOT have the tire in stock! This is after I told the rep. on the phone last night the exact size tire needed and she gave me the name and price of the tire and offered us the appointment for today – but then the tire was not there!?! My husband wasted almost 2 hours (with drive time from our house) to be told that they could not help us today. No other tire was offered. This seems like extremely poor customer service! I am very disappointed because we bought our new car from Wellesley Toyota thinking they had good customer service. Unfortunately, I was wrong. More
Another Great Experience Our first Toyota was an Avalon, which we owned. We started leasing from Wellesley Toyota in 1998 and since then we have enjoyed a Sienna, Highlander, Our first Toyota was an Avalon, which we owned. We started leasing from Wellesley Toyota in 1998 and since then we have enjoyed a Sienna, Highlander, Camry, Rav4, Venza, and a Corolla LE starting this month. The entire operation and staff of Wellesley Toyota are a pleasure to do business with, including a friendly, responsive service department. Our main contact and go-to guy, however, has been Chris Davey. We not only value his professional judgement and advice, but have always enjoyed interacting with Chris as a person and family friend.
