Made buying a new car more pleasant I purchased a RAV 4 from Wellesley in 2014. I did not like the car. When we decided to be a one car family we did our research and a Toyota Camry was want we wanted. Went back to Wellesley not being sure what to expect. We randomly worked with Adel Nasser. What luck! Great salesman. No high pressure and genuinely seemed concerned about getting us the right vehicle. He worked on our trade ins and made certain we got the exact car we wanted. Really like the Camry and Adel has been very thorough with his follow through. I hate buying cars but Adel made the difference. If you are looking for a car, I recommend Adel at Wellesley Toyota. There is no attempt to lead you in a direction you do not want to consider, although each person you work with is willing to discuss options and alternatives. When it comes to service, you are told what your car needs -- not what the business needs -- and you're also told when you need it. If you bring in your car for service and an item will be okay for another 6 mos., they tell you and let you choose whether or not to take care of the issue in the present or future. Martin Hansberry is a sales manager at Toyota of Wellesley, and once we talked, I knew I would not be coming back to other Toyota dealerships. Martin was a single point of contact for the entire purchase process, he was thorough in addressing my questions and concerns, and made my car purchasing experience easy and pleasant! I am glad I stopped by at Toyota of Wellesley to check the place out, and became their customer. Since I got a car, I have come back a few times to buy some accessories and ask a few questions on my new car, and every time I come, I get full attention and my questions answered with no waiting time at all. I had been doing quite a bit of research and knew that this car was in excellent shape for its age. Worked with Nathan throughout the entire process. His warm personality made the process of buying my first car better than I could have hoped for. It was obvious when I first inspected the car that it had been cleaned and prepared well by the dealership. The car was priced at it's online book value but the amazing service by Nathan and the others at the dealership made the overall experience worth much more than I ended up paying for. Would not hesitate to return there again for another vehicle. More
