Excellent experience with Wellesley VW. We were looking for a new ID.4. My husband interacted with their website and found a AWD xxxxxxPlus (I believed these were only available in Europe). We were looking for a new ID.4. My husband interacted with their website and found a AWD xxxxxxPlus (I believed these were only available in Europe). We scheduled a test drive online and were immediately responded to, they worked around our schedule. Jens was amazing to work with, he was very knowledgable of the current EV climate in the US and worked with us for downpayment, trade in (of the 2023 AWD Pro S) and financing. Wellesley VW beat what we thought was our best interest rate from our lender. The overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable (two words I do not often associate with car buying). We are very happy with our choice of car and dealer, we will begin the market for a new gas powered vehicle in 2027 and will be back at Wellesley VW again for sure! More
