But because of scheduling conflicts, the salesperson I bought it from was unable to show me a lot of the car's features. I was in the Wellesley area and thought I would stop by this dealership to see if someone would be kind enough to show me the features of my new car. I am very appreciative of Kevin Mullin's willingness to sit in my car with me and go over a lot of the features. He even lent me his USB phone charger to show me exactly how Apple Car Play worked and helped me configure my settings best. I am able to enjoy my new vehicle much more now and I really appreciate the time he took out of his day to show me. I also feel like I can operate the vehicle more safely now. Thank you, Kevin! More

I had the good fortune of having Drew Ricci assist me. I broke down on the Mass Pike and after numerous calls to various service, I put my trust in Drew based on his knowledge. No regrets. Was able to nu I broke down on the Mass Pike and after numerous calls to various service, I put my trust in Drew based on his knowledge. No regrets. Was able to nurse car to Wellesley VW. Dropped it off after hours. Drew called me first thing next morning (7:00am) to let me know the car was in his possession and hopefully squeeze it into the days service schedule. Called me back a couple hours later, told me what the Technician thought the problem was, explaining it clearly in an easy to understand manner and what my options were and agreed to the 60,000 mile service which included what he and the Tech. thought the problem was. I Ok'd the work and by mid afternoon the work was done. Drew again clearly explained everything and what may or may not happened after I drove the car a while. I picked up my car later that day and drove back to New Jersey a few days later putting it to the road test we discussed. A 250 mile journey. Drove like a dream. No problems what so ever. Drew was fantastic. Any of your current employees and any future ones should take a lesson or better yet be trained by Drew. I've been driving for 58 years and dealing with Drew was the best car experience I've ever had. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Drew Ricci.
