The service associate Drew Ricci was great. He greeted me by name and fully explained the scope and cost of the work being done. It was a surprise to be greeted by name…maybe a small thing but it does make you feel special I submitted an initial review but I somehow screwed it up by apparently entering a number of one star ratings. My intention was to enter five stars on all the questions. My previous cars have been Audi’s and a BMW, but this Golf Alltrack matches up perfectly for me. My central comment is that the service people at WVW Make it great. WVW people are the BEST! More
