My late wife Elizabeth W. bought the Volkswagen Jetta that was just serviced from Wellesley Volkswagen in October of 2002, and thus began an exceptional experience of fine service. On Monday (9/20), I br that was just serviced from Wellesley Volkswagen in October of 2002, and thus began an exceptional experience of fine service. On Monday (9/20), I brought this car in for service that had been unintentionally delayed because of my bout (successful) with cancer. I could not have asked for more professionalism than was given me by the Assistant Service Manager Drew Ricci. Kudos to him and to Wellesley Volkswagen for this excellent experience.
