The service department is excellent, friendly, and professional. Whenever I have a VW issue, I call Matt Pitts and he finds a solution. I have had service done on my 2019 Atlas twice now and both times I had a great experience. The staff at the service department were professional and friendly. I was shopping around for a certified SportWagen TDI and found one that had been well cared for at Wellesley Volkswagen. I contacted the sales departed on a Saturday morning and made my purchase later that found one that had been well cared for at Wellesley Volkswagen. I contacted the sales departed on a Saturday morning and made my purchase later that afternoon. The sales team was very pleasant to work with and I appreciated that the dealership was transparent about the vehicle pricing. Unlike a few other dealerships I spoke with in Massachusetts, the online advertised price at Wellesley Volkswagen was the actual price of the car and more importantly, they didn’t have a hidden “cash buyer” fee (some dealerships charge a $500+ fee for paying cash!). Lastly, I had a minor mechanical issue arise shortly after my purchase, which was covered under warranty, and the service team was great to work with. They definitely went above and beyond with the repair and service. More
