Really helped me out! Had an issue with a large screw embedded in my tire. Karl had it taken care of that day. The local tire places I went to that morning claimed that Had an issue with a large screw embedded in my tire. Karl had it taken care of that day. The local tire places I went to that morning claimed that it was not patchable and that I would need a whole new set of tires. The VW service closer to home couldn't help me until nearly a week later; they were unwilling to even take a look at it. Wellesley VW had me come in that day to make sure the tire was at least safe. Upon inspection, Karl determined it was patchable - no upselling. Additionally, VW Wellesley did not make me feel like I had inconvenienced them by needing unscheduled help. I left VW Wellesley feeling taken care of! More
