I can't express how helpful and wonderful Karl and Wellesley VW was. I unfortunately had a very bad experience over the past few months with Boston VW ( would not recommend). They not only took amazing care of my car and warranty work they also fixed other small things in my car that I didnt know were there. The time and attention to detail is unmatched. Karl my service advisor kept me informed along the entire process and made me feel that my problems were being heard. They truly saved my car and I do not know what I would have done if I hadn't decided to come to them. If you need your VW fixed or maintained do yourself a favor and bring it to Wellsley VW you will not regret it!! More

I always try to deal with Drew Ricci when I bring my car in for service. He's friendly and enthusiastic to work with and when the job is done he goes into great detail about what they found, what they neede in for service.
