I went to four dealerships before I contacted Werner and wish I found this place sooner. My experience with Werner was a testimony to “follow your gut”. I am continually surprised at how long it takes for service. I had an appt. for a state inspection and it took two hours. My son had bought a CX30 a couple years ago. When I said I was ready to buy he pushed and pushed for me to go to Mike at Werner. Said I’d love Werner, having a Mazda and working with Mike. He listened to me and heard my needs. Was very personable and easy to talk with. Made sure I understood the car and use of its options. Both Rich and Mike are knowledgeable, patient and very detailed. I would not hesitate to recommend Werner, Rich and Mike in the future. I’m proud to say we are a “Mazda family” now.
