I want to lead off this review by saying that I have purchased a lot of cars from a lot of different dealerships...and I have never had a better experience than Werner Mazda. RESPONSIVENESS: Cameron purchased a lot of cars from a lot of different dealerships...and I have never had a better experience than Werner Mazda. RESPONSIVENESS: Cameron in sales is amazing. I reached out to Werner via the general Mazda website for a car for my daughter and Cameron responded first thing the next morning. We spoke for a bit and then he sent me a quote in a few hours. No games...just a quote that was below MSRP. Without even asking. He then sent me a list of questions to see if I qualified for more discounts, one of which was "Do I currently own any other Mazdas?. And being I do, that saved me more money. Again, I did not ask. Cameron was asking me to get me the best deal possible. NO GAMES: I explained to Cameron the car that I was looking for and he found it for me. And he got it when he said he would. So when we should up to see it, he tossed us the keys and we were off. Again, no pressure, just an amazingly enjoyable experience without any of the "I am buying a car" headaches. CLOSING THE DEAL: We then needed to sign the paperwork And here is where the hard sell of a bunch of upcharges typically occurs But not at Werner. Jay in finance was top notch. He explained everything clearly and succinctly. And did not try to sell us tire programs...or wheel damage programs...or undercoating. I actually asked Jay about an extended warranty and a maintenance agreement, which I subsequently purchased. OVERALL: Clearly the best, most enjoyable, low stress dealership I ever dealt with in my 55 years. I cannot recommend Werner Mazda enough. More

The service was done in a professional manner. I did not have an appointment but was given an appointment for later that day. I bought the car in and it was determined that my left front axle was leaking an have an appointment but was given an appointment for later that day. I bought the car in and it was determined that my left front axle was leaking and they needed to keep the car since it was not safe to drive. Werner gave me a loaner car which they always do if they need to keep the car for an extended period of time. They also recommended that I get my front brakes replaced which I said okay to. The car has 81,424 miles on it and the front brakes had never been replaced. The axle leak was done under warranty. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I and the service person had forgot to apply the service 10 percent off coupon which would have been a $43 savings. This was done on 12/22. More
