I had to bring my car in for a recall that had caused me to fail my state inspection a couple months ago. I didn't have a great experience that day, but this visit was a polar opposite. They gave me a loaner so I wouldn't have to wait there. They did the service very quickly, and in a couple of hours they were done, and I had brought the loaner back and picked up my vehicle. They also pushed Mazda to make the recall parts available as this was a major recall, and the original quote had me waiting more than 6 months for recall parts. That would have meant I would be driving around with an outdated sticker on windshield which is a way to get yourself pulled over by the police. More

Mazda is already a great brand with unmatched value. Werner is a great brand in auto sales because they make the buying experience so pleasant. Was serviced by a salesman named Cameron Landry. First time buying a brand new car and was nervous about the process. He dealt with me sending many MANY emails and priced out several cars for me. Genuinely wanted me to be happy with what I was getting and talked me into nothing. I was sure I was getting the best price possible throughout the whole process and am extremely happy with what I got. I got a much better car than I anticipated and at a great price.
