Sales was very responsive initially, but I have struggled with the service department (had to call sales multiple times to get updates from what should have been service department, let my vehicle sit for 2 with the service department (had to call sales multiple times to get updates from what should have been service department, let my vehicle sit for 2 hours before starting what should have been a 1.5 hour appt, etc) and probably would not use again. I am still waiting for a call back that should have happened a week ago. More
Manual transmissions the sales person was 100% great from start to finish. Unfortunely there was only ONE manual transmission to pick from from your entire inventory. BAD. the other negative was that on the internet or gps you also still have your old address from Gold street and i was directed there more than once so i cant be the only person that has been misdirected to the wrong address since youve moved. This was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience we had ever had. Cam was just great to work with, he answered all our questions throughly. There was no pressure to buy. Once we decided on our vehicle he went through everything on the car and made it easy to understand. I would recommend Cam to anyone. Jay in finance was also great to work with. He explained our lease and didn’t pressure us to add things to the lease. We were in and out of the finance department in 20 minutes. By far the quickest we have ever financed a car. In all aspects we would recommend Werner Mazda. More

Nice dealership, horrible financing through Chase Purchased/leased four vehicles in the past 8 years, and overall very satisfied customer. Really like the Mazda product even recommending to others, and they feel the same. My issue was with the financing company when turning in my vehicle. They unfairly charged $2,500 for excess wear and tear. Did not see this coming, and never had this happen with prior vehicles. The owner of Warner Mazda helped offset some of the expense when he reviewed the photos taken by assessor. Buyer beware when turning in your leased vehicle. Take your own time-stamped photos, and try to avoid working with Chase Morgan EVER! They are piranhas! Sad that the financing part of the deal could so severely impact the relationship with the dealership. Jay Trabucco was a delight, and extended his time to assist-great asset to the company. More
