When I arrived to view the vehicle it had been sitting for a bit and a cold snap had happened and the battery was weak. They said they would replace the batter without hesitation. I was specific on the type of battery I wanted, they offered to let me purchase my own and just credit the deal. We did install a new battery we provided on the day of pickup. The salesmanager was not your normal standoffish ivory tower type, he was willing to talk directly with me and not continue the back and forth via salesman BS. They offered a reasonable offer for both vehicles and that is all I expected. We would purchase another vehicle from them if they had one we were looking for. More

Test driving the 2019 CX-5 (which is what I ended up with for my lease) was such a breath of fresh air for me. It's an extremely well engineered car and the quality the designers put into it speaks for itself. What really made me come back was the fact that I wasn't harassed with phone calls and emails as soon as I left the building. David and Nick had asked plenty of times what they could do to get me in the car that night, but once they knew I was serious about taking a few days to think about it, they respected my decision and the next week came to them with questions and a plan. They answered all of our questions and were so helpful with doing what they could to stay within my budget. More

I have purchased high end cars about every three years of my life between my job as a Sales Manager for GPC company and since my retirement. Roger matched me with the Mazda 6 Grand touring and it was the perfect match for my downsizing from the Avalon 6 Cyld. To the 4 cyld turbo. He did not push but just gave me the info I needed to make my decision. Then he prepared the auto for all the necessary equipment such as phone Bluetooth sync and garage opener as well as showing me all the features of the model. I cannot say enough about him and his courtesy to me. I would also say Nick the manager was also very helpful I locating and acquiring the model that I decided on. Jay was very professional in financing and made the process painless and expedited it very efficiently. I’m sorry I excluded all the last names of the people mentioned but they all made me feel that I am on a first name basis with them and have established a good working relationship. I like your Dealership and hope that this new Mazda brings me back again. If I could express any negative comment it would be that I was looking for a better interest rate then I got for a credit score in the very high 800s More

Great experience: quick, easy, painless I came into the dealership having done my research about what I wanted. Service rep Jess Kinney is the best I’m 68 years old and obviously have owned a lot of vehicles over the last 50+ years and dealt with many service departments and repair places. I can’t remember dealing with a more pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable rep than Jess. I told her how easy she made the experience and that she is definitely in the right job. I have dealt with Jess many times over the past year and had similar experiences. I have the same praise for David Lee who sold me my CX5. He’s helped me out several times since. Back in 2011 I went to Werner to purchase a Mazda 3 and was so mistreated by the sales rep that I went to Nashua and purchased the car from Tulley. I swore I would never go back to Werner until my brother-in-law purchased a CX5 at Werner and told me things had changed. I decided to give you a second chance and I’m glad I did. Keep up the good work. I will spread the word. Please thank Jess again for me. Also a service station tried to overcharge me for the repairs. Jess saved me over $800 in unnecessary work they would have done on my 2011 Mazda 3. More
