Yearly inspection When I arrived around 9:50 for appointment at 10:00am I asked how long it would take and was told about 45 minutes. Around 11:05 Jessica came out and told me my car needed some things to pass inspection and I asked if I could see the exhaust leak which she want me a video for. I told her that I would have to wait a week or so to get the tie rod and alignment done. The exhaust I would have done at the place that made my 2 exhaust pipes going into the two mufflers cuase that was cheaper. She said ok they are just going to wash it wand bring it out. So I waited and was finally pulling out of dealership at 11:54am. I did have to be in Salem N.H. around 12 pm which I had to cancel due to the fact that I was told about 45 minutes and I was there for 2hrs for a inspection. Service advisor should come out and let customers know that it will be longer than originally told. I think I spoke with the sales people more than the service advisor. More

The dealership, David Lee in particular, was very easy to do business with in that everything was on the table. There was no "let me go talk to manager" games where the car salesman disappears into a back room where you don't know what they are doing. While he did have a discussion with his manager over a counter-offer, it was pretty much right in front of us which was appreciated and we came to a mutual agreement rather quickly. So the buying experience was a good one. There was an after-sale issue with the price of an accessory and Eric Werner stepped in to make it right (David Lee was on vacation) so it was resolved extremely quickly to my full satisfaction. The after sale finance portion went very quickly and was well organized. I also appreciated that there was no heavy push for purchasing an extended warranty. Jay did his job, presented the warranty information quickly, I said no and we both moved on. How refreshing. Given the build quality of the car, I suspect I won't be spending much time in their waiting area getting my car serviced, but I will admit it is one of the most comfortable waiting areas I have ever seen. More

After arriving at the dealership some information was collected which took about 10 minutes and then I was able to see and drive the car. Negotiations were quick and dealership dealt with the plates and had the car ready for pickup in a couple days. My only complaint would be that the gas tank was almost empty when I picked the car. I would have expected it to be filled but maybe that is no longer standard practice. Overall a great experience. More
