The instrument panel and electronics are also very well designed and as effortless as possible to use. Overall, very happy with the car and the price that was paid for it. The dealership, David Lee in particular, was very easy to do business with in that everything was on the table. There was no "let me go talk to manager" games where the car salesman disappears into a back room where you don't know what they are doing. While he did have a discussion with his manager over a counter-offer, it was pretty much right in front of us which was appreciated and we came to a mutual agreement rather quickly. So the buying experience was a good one. There was an after-sale issue with the price of an accessory and Eric Werner stepped in to make it right (David Lee was on vacation) so it was resolved extremely quickly to my full satisfaction. The after sale finance portion went very quickly and was well organized. I also appreciated that there was no heavy push for purchasing an extended warranty. Jay did his job, presented the warranty information quickly, I said no and we both moved on. How refreshing. Given the build quality of the car, I suspect I won't be spending much time in their waiting area getting my car serviced, but I will admit it is one of the most comfortable waiting areas I have ever seen. More

After arriving at the dealership some information was collected which took about 10 minutes and then I was able to see and drive the car. Negotiations were quick and dealership dealt with the plates and had the car ready for pickup in a couple days. My only complaint would be that the gas tank was almost empty when I picked the car. I would have expected it to be filled but maybe that is no longer standard practice. Overall a great experience. More
