Oil change was great. Remaining service for tire issue - NOT Oil change was reason for visit. That was performed without problem and price with coupon was fair. Tech. noticed damaged rear passenger side tire after my husband reported a strange sound. Car has 20000 miles on it. The service adv. Ken Armstrong immediately told my husband who brought the car in, that 4 new tires would be needed. Per the service, the tires are at LF 5/6, RF 5/6 & LR 6. To replace all 4 w/b 986.00 installed. The tires are Yokaham Geolander. My husband asked if 2 could be replaced. Ken said "no". The service Tech said "yes". I don't like "the hard sell". I need trusted info to make an informed decision. I did not get that. Then my husband was told in couple weeks there w/b tire sale buy 3 get 1 free. My issue is this : 1. My car with only 20000 miles may already need 4 new tires ? What is the quality of the tires on the CX-5 ? 5/6 is in the middle right ? A 2 rating means replace ? Why do they wear so poorly on a car that drives on highways mostly ? My car is sitting in the driveway. I do not know what to do with it. Very dis satisfied with tire service. More

I drove to the dealership and there it was right by the door ready for me to test drive. Cameron answered all my questions, didn't try to sell me on things I didn't want. I felt like he listened. He was also super fast in getting the deal done. The car was ready to pick up on my specified date looking spectacular. Cameron again made sure I knew how to operate all of the electronics and I was on my way. Easy-Peasy. The finance guy was great too. Very fast and informative. Great all around. More

Excellent all around! Werner and everyone I've encountered there has been excellent since the first contact. Camron and Nick were very quick to respond to every inquiry, Werner and everyone I've encountered there has been excellent since the first contact. Camron and Nick were very quick to respond to every inquiry, straightforward and transparent about what they could or couldn't do on a particular model or vehicle, completely willing to work with me over the phone or email and my turbulent schedule & travel, eager to get to a good deal without any pressure whatsoever, and also without trying to push me into a particular sales process (e.g., they don't try to make me come into the store just so they can gladhand me...). We arrived at a mutually agreeable deal and pricing completely over the phone and email, they got it all ready, the first time I met them in person was to pick it up. Very smooth all around. I didn't expect to use the service so soon. The car is great and the Android Auto is a fantastic feature, but it occasionally would drop the connection, so I stopped by for them to check it out. The techs were clearly competent and on top of it, we discussed the issue and possible solutions -- again very straightforward -- we ended up with them updating the car's software on the spot, which seems to have fixed it. I couldn't ask for better service. We've worked with several other regional Mazda dealers over the last 5 years and they are all quite good, but Werner has really stood out as outstanding. We'll definitely be going to them next time -- Thanks! More
