When ever there is a delay or they find something else wrong they come in the waiting room to discuss. Very Dissappointing that our wheel was not fixed or replaced We purchased insurance for dent, wheel damage ect... On our leased car. No Repair or Replacement because it hit a curb!!! What else would normally damage a Wheel? VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!! Louis T Memolo General Contractor Inc. You have to understand, he has always bought used cars, and he came in with a “ I’ll humor her” attitude. When he saw the car and what he was getting for the price, he was sold, which almost made my son and I faint. We have been married for 35 years. I’ve waited a long time to have my own new car. It takes a lot to have sold my husband on this, and you guys hit it out of the ballpark. Well done! More
