Nice new building you have there. First off, no one greeted me out in the service bay when I got there, and no one who walked by me directed me that I had to go inside to check in my vehicle for servic greeted me out in the service bay when I got there, and no one who walked by me directed me that I had to go inside to check in my vehicle for service. They installed a new navigation system for my car and that went fine, but afterwards when I returned that appeared to have no interest helping me set it up so I could use it. I had to bring my car in for a recall that had caused me to fail my state inspection a couple months ago. I didn't have a great experience that day, but this visit was a polar opposite. They gave me a loaner so I wouldn't have to wait there. They did the service very quickly, and in a couple of hours they were done, and I had brought the loaner back and picked up my vehicle. They also pushed Mazda to make the recall parts available as this was a major recall, and the original quote had me waiting more than 6 months for recall parts. That would have meant I would be driving around with an outdated sticker on windshield which is a way to get yourself pulled over by the police. More
