Very disappointed with the last visit - reported a creaking/squeaking noise coming from front-end suspension (driver side), usually when backing out of driveway, turning left at slow speed, going over speed bumps and turning...tech could not hear the noise, granted the weather was not optimal for diagnosing noises due to snow. Got charged a diagnostics fee! Never in my life of owning multiple other new cars from both Japanese and American brands got charged a diagnostics fee while the car is still under warranty, and practically no work was performed. Was in a rush to make it to another appointment so did not have time to wait for a manager to dispute the charge, but I'll give them one last chance to rectify the situation on the next visit. If not satisfied, Mazda loses a customer and all the other car friends/enthusiasts who bought Mazdas from this dealer or were considering it over other more popular brands. More
