DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING: Their Internet prices on used-car websites are not honored. I found a great vehicle, took a pleasant test drive with a courteous salesperson, but then when I elected to purchase the v websites are not honored. I found a great vehicle, took a pleasant test drive with a courteous salesperson, but then when I elected to purchase the vehicle I was hit with 21% in additional bogus fees. I'm obviously not talking about taxes, title and registration costs. I gladly took my business elsewhere after the sales manager (in person) and Internet sales director (by email) were unwilling to give me the courtesy of selling me a car at the advertised price. More
