We have purchased vehicles from this dealership multiple times in the past and has always been a good experience. Dante Wilchcombe was very helpful and moved us along in great time. I went into the dealership because I am in need of a new car. I asked for them to give me their best, no haggle price on a new Nissan Kicks. I wanted the S model but they told me the one they had coming new car. I asked for them to give me their best, no haggle price on a new Nissan Kicks. I wanted the S model but they told me the one they had coming in was sold. They said they would give me a deal on the SV model they had coming in. They gave me a price and when I started asking questions about the dealer fees, that pissed off the salesman. When I told him I was going to shop around…Juan told me to never come back and to lose his number. If you are confident that you are giving me the best deal, shopping around shouldn’t be an issue. I would have been back. Very disappointed in my experience. More

This was my 2nd vehicle with Jeny, and I have enjoyed purchasing each one with her. She is knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and she listens to what you want. I drive over 45 minutes to purchase a car from purchasing each one with her. She is knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and she listens to what you want. I drive over 45 minutes to purchase a car from her and have 2 Nissan dealerships within 20 minutes of my house, but I trust her and Wesley Chapel Nissan enough to drive all the way there to purchase my card. She makes you feel like you have been friends for years and I know for a fact that I got the best deal around!!! If and when I am in need of another car, I will be contacting Jeny again!!
