I went on an immediate test drive in the used car I had searched for online, while John talked about the cars features and history. We discussed my trade in, and started the paperwork. John DiMartino was easy to talk to, personable, knowledgeable and he LISTENED! I'd been to several dealerships prior and felt as though my concerns and my spending limit wasn't heard. John didn't try to force me into a car I didn't want, he went above and beyond to get me into the car I DID want. The gentleman in the finance department (also named John) was just as personable and professional, in fact the whole staff was! I came away with a great car at a great price and with zero hassle. John Schneider did not try to get me to look at other more expensive vehicles, nor did he try to talk me into non 4 wheel drive vehicles. he went over my options and in the end I leased a Jeep Compass at an affordable price with 12,000 miles a year allowed that had 4 wheel drive. I appreciate John listening to my needs and giving me the options that would fit my family's needs. More
