Andy Guarino met me on the floor and asked what I was interested in. He was very friendly and personable. After a quick chat he immediately brought a few models out for me to test drive before we started talking details. Once I decided on the Cherokee he showed me a bunch of different "add ons" I could select. I felt he was very honest and forthcoming with what features are worth paying extra for given my usual driving habits. There was no pressure the entire time and I felt very comfortable "negotiating" with him. He said "the last thing I want is for you to lease something and not be 100% happy." This made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. I ended up leasing a 2014 Cherokee Latitude and am VERY happy with it. I highly recommend going to a Doan dealership! When my new lease is up I know I will be returning for my next vehicle! More

Outstanding Background: I had been searching for a specific type of vehicle for about a month before this dealership was recommended to me. A staff member from their sister dealership (Doan Chevrolet) had suggested I try Doan Dodge after an internet search showed a vehicle matching my specifications on the lot. Upon arrival, I was introduced to Tom Tantalo who immediately directed me to a vehicle I had identified for him online. After a test drive and a brief discussion on the vehicle's specs, Tom sat down with me and thoroughly and patiently answered any questions I had for him. After a few days of deliberation, I bought the vehicle. I could not have been happier with my experience. The Sales Rep: When we were first introduced, Tom claimed that he was a no-nonsense guy and that he would be direct and upfront if his customer would do the same. He had also stated that he was a person first and a sales rep second, claiming that he would fight his boss to arrange terms that I was comfortable with. After concluding my business with him, I can testify without a doubt that Tom is a man of his word and an absolute pleasure to work with. Tom worked out a trade-in deal that went beyond my expectations and was precise and professional when addressing all of my concerns. He also put forth the extra effort necessary to set up dialogue between myself and a vehicle's previous owner so I could obtain information that the dealership was unable to provide. In my opinion, Tom's actions go above and beyond what was expected of him I could not have been more pleased with his demeanor.It should also be mentioned that Tom was very friendly and very easy to talk to, and I truly felt as though I was meeting a friend, not a salesman. After all was said and done, Tom even got us a gift card to Dunkin Donuts. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Mr. Tantalo.
