My wife and I were actually just poking around various car lots when we arrived at Doan Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. We were specifically looking for a Dodge Caravan. After looking a few over, we spotted "the car lots when we arrived at Doan Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. We were specifically looking for a Dodge Caravan. After looking a few over, we spotted "the one". As we were looking it over, Steve approached us and very nicely asked us if we needed any help. We asked him to give us some more info on the van we were looking at, and from that point forward, it was nothing but high quality service we received. He guided us through the vehicle, its Carfax history report, information about the services performed at the dealership, and the entire purchase process from start to finish. He was very patient, he didn't mind answering the countless questions we had, and his friendliness seemed very genuine and sincere. We were there on a Monday, and planned on returning on Wednesday to take delivery of the vehicle. In the meantime, he took care of all the paperwork required - from the dealership, the bank, and the DMV. When we returned to the dealership, I simply provided a few signatures and a few initials, and we were out the door, ecstatic about the purchase of our new van! I told Steve that of all the other places we stopped, him and Doan completely blew the others out of the water for their level of professionalism and service. That's when the excellent customer service continued. They agreed to hold the auto on their lot while I set-up cross-country transportation to the owner in California. They spent a lot of time getting the paperwork just write using Fedex. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail that they both displayed through the entire process.
