The day we pulled in Doan had been closed 4pm sunday, as we drove through the lot when we found the T&C's we got out to look closer and Houng came up to ask if he could help. It was cold and I new he was already past his scheduled time so we told him we would come back when Doan was actually open to see if we could test drive. Came back the next day did our test drive and also test drove a Journey but stayed with the T&C. Settled on a price did some paperwork said we would be back 6pm the next day to finish. We arrived a couple minutes after 6 to finish the paperwork and as we walked in found things not done for a mixed reason. Also found the rust electronic inhibitor unit had not been installed. Rather than the the 1 hour it was 2 hours to complete the transaction and I still have to bring the T&C back for the install of the rust inhibitor. We had a handicapped child at our house a baby and her mother at our house who thought they would be home by 7 didn't get home until after 9, after a long day already. As it stands now I have to come back Monday (maybe) to have this unit installed and a scratch on the dash board fixed. We like Mr.Levine and wish him well in his future at Doan. More

Along the way we even discussed some Chrysler models but I quickly returned to the Jeep. My perception was I felt my business was important and that Steve was actually assisting me in my asessment of the different offers. I never felt "hasseled" and at the conclusion I was not only satisfied with the final outcome but actually enjoyed the process and felt very pleased with my purchase. More

We had some unexpected car issues, and ultimately found ourselves in the market for a vehicle when we did not expect it. We had some awful experiences at other dealerships and some very lengthy and frustra ourselves in the market for a vehicle when we did not expect it. We had some awful experiences at other dealerships and some very lengthy and frustrating internet searches. One evening, I decided to take another look online and found an amazing Town and Country at Doan. We decided to see it the next day. My husband called the dealer, told John we were interested in the vehicle and by the time we got there, he had it parked right by the showroom and let us check it over inside and out. He was completely knowledgable about the history of the vehicle and answered all the questions we had. He worked with us to get an excellent amount for our trade and did everything he could to lower our payment to where we were comfortable with it. The only part that was a little difficult was at delivery. We have four young children who got a little tired of waiting, but we understand that it was the end of the month "mayhem" at the dealership and they were very busy trying to get everything done. Two days later, John personally delivered to my house, two extra keys, the owners manual, and some accessories for the vehicle. I felt like that was exceptional service. The vehicle itself is amazing, and I'm still discovering all of the stuff it can do. My six year old daughter sums it up pretty well, she says it's, "one sweet ride". I would have to agree!
