Frustrated with looking to buy a car and having just left a very bad experience with a dealership 1/2 mile down the road, I just wanted to go home. After our test drive, Mike worked with us without pressuring us. We told him what we needed, and he did everything in his power to get us the best deal possible. Doan was very good with working with me and my bad credit in getting me into a quality used car. The communication was a little lacking in the process of getting the financing I needed though. I worked with Haang Levin in purchasing a 2012 Jeep Compass. When I frist got to the dealership I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy. I left the dealership and visited several other dealers. I came back to Doan because I trusted Haang and because of the dealerships inventory. When I got there he told me about a 2012 with 2,000 miles on it and that is the one I bought. We ran into a couple of snags because I was buying the car for my sister who lives in Rochester and I live in Minnesota. He professionally resolved the snags and made the deal easy.
