Went in to dealer to see what cars were availible, Steve Otis came out and introduced himself. He ask me what type of car I was looking for. We started to look around the lot to see what was there. We couldn't find a car that met the needs we wanted. So Steve recommended a 2008 Dodge Durango that was on the lot, He was showing us the feathers it had and how they would meet our needs. It worked out to be a perfect match for what we wanted. He suggested we take it out for a test drive and he explained all the finer points of the vehicle while we drove. We went back to Doan Dodge to talk about it and see what kind of a deal we could come up with. Steve Otis made the whole process painless. I wasn't going to buy the vehicle that day, but we came up with a great deal ,and now I am the proud owner of a 2008 Dodge Durango from Doan Dodge. Steve was a real pleasure to work out this deal with. He was a knowledgeable of his products and had our interest at heart. I would recommend him as a GREAT salesmen to any one.
