Matt was an excellent salesman. I came in looking for a used Jeep I saw online, it was being driven by someone in the office, he found it for me to look at. I was also considering a V6 vs V8 and was concer used Jeep I saw online, it was being driven by someone in the office, he found it for me to look at. I was also considering a V6 vs V8 and was concerned on the difference...he handed ov his personal keys and I took his Jeep for a drive. I was impressed as his immediate attention and willingness to help. I ended up buying a new vehicle as he made the right deal but mores because of his style. I had been looking for a while and not everyone gets my immediate yes on a deal but Matt was very good and we closed the deal within an hour of me stepping on the lot. Went in to dealer to see what cars were availible, Steve Otis came out and introduced himself. He ask me what type of car I was looking for. We started to look around the lot to see what was there. We couldn't find a car that met the needs we wanted. So Steve recommended a 2008 Dodge Durango that was on the lot, He was showing us the feathers it had and how they would meet our needs. It worked out to be a perfect match for what we wanted. He suggested we take it out for a test drive and he explained all the finer points of the vehicle while we drove. We went back to Doan Dodge to talk about it and see what kind of a deal we could come up with. Steve Otis made the whole process painless. I wasn't going to buy the vehicle that day, but we came up with a great deal ,and now I am the proud owner of a 2008 Dodge Durango from Doan Dodge. Steve was a real pleasure to work out this deal with. He was a knowledgeable of his products and had our interest at heart. I would recommend him as a GREAT salesmen to any one.
