Lots of just waiting around during the sales process. Every time we asked a question the sales person went off for 10 or 15 minutes leaving us alone on the sales floor. When the car finally arrived on a Friday, I was asked if I could come in Saturday to pick it up, and I could not, but said I could on the following Monday. Matt, the sales manager, said he would have the car charged, gassed and cleanded up for me when I arrive on Monday when I come at 9:30. I got there at 9:45 and the car was not ready for pickup when promised. It had not been cleaned, or gassed up yet. I Had to wait over an hour for this to happen and to see it for the first time, which meant we had to just sit for that time. The fact that the car was not ready when I arrived was extremely disappointed after having to wait an extra almost 3 weeks for the car at that point and being told it would be ready when I arrived by the sales manager! More

Worst car buying experience. Misrepresentation misleading unreliable bare minimum customer service if any. Presentation of the car was even aweful. Safety issues noted to be fixed and went as minimal as possible, chasing issues to be taken care of and simple important issues seem to be not to their concern. Salesman used certified safety inspection as a selling point with 160 multipoint inspection thinking it was pre certified and it wasn’t. Asked for the car fax and wasn’t given it until after I signed the papers while finance came over and was in my ear. I felt rushed pressured and I feel bad for anyone who services their car here and doesn’t buy brand new. Huge eye opener to a purchase of a 2 year old car. More

After purchasing a 2024 Tundra from WT back in December 2024 I’ve had the vehicle serviced 3 times since my purchase. The first time they finger tightened my locking lugs during a tire rotation event. I fo 2024 I’ve had the vehicle serviced 3 times since my purchase. The first time they finger tightened my locking lugs during a tire rotation event. I found this a few days after the service when I found one laying in my driveway. The 2nd service call was to repair/replace a flat tire. Once they replaced the tire and rebalanced it they used 3.5 oz (total) of weights. I had a trusted garage verify and validate concerns I had about excessive wobble at highway speeds. (They even made a video, while checking the balance conditions, for me to validate my suspicions) My 3rd trip to the Service Department was to get an early oil change and tire rotation due to an upcoming road trip. They charged me for a tire rotation but never actually performed the service! That’s 3 requests for service and 3 failed attempts at providing reasonable results. Your service manager and assistant manager’s were contacted and they were good at making excuses but poor at handling their business model. They should both be released from their roles and replaced with qualified employees! More
