It took three visits to diagnose the problem, and I was charged for labor each time. Since they failed to identify the issue on the first visit, these charges were due to their mistake. However, when I returned for the installation, they charged me $591—on top of the three labor charges I had already paid for the incorrect diagnoses. When I requested a credit for the unnecessary labor charges, I was told they couldn’t provide one. To make matters worse, I was informed that, according to Toyota’s service procedure, the installation should take six hours. But since the technician was “very smart,” he completed the job in three hours, and they claimed they were doing me a favor by only charging for three hours of labor. This directly contradicted what the service consultant told me when booking the appointment—she specifically said the job would take only three hours. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will never return to this place again. More
