Mr Lopes has always given us excellent service thru all eight cars we have bought at Westboro. If it was not for him we would have bought our cars elsewhere as we live in NH. An oil change took almost 2 hours. I had an appointment booked. It was the end of the day at 5:15. I left a little after 6. I had to find someone to ask where my truck was and how much I had an appointment booked. It was the end of the day at 5:15. I left a little after 6.
